A Black History Month Africa Oxbridge panel

In recent times, Africa has had trajectories of growth...but the path to sustainable development has been hampered by systemic external influences impacting various aspects of the continent from trade to security. In a discussion panel held on Tuesday 20 October, and renditions of art, music and poetry, the African societies of Oxford and Cambridge unpacked the impact of these systemic influences while questioning Africa's conscious or unconscious role in the process itself.

This recently launched program is a collaboration between African and African Diaspora students of Cambridge University and the University of Oxford.
